Tampa Family Photographer - Baby Birthday Party!

Long time, no post, huh? Well, hopefully it's worth the wait.

Last month, I had the pleasure of photographing my dear friend's baby's first birthday party. Baby W. had a tea party with all of her closest friends and family (including my Baby L.). This was was one of the cutest things I've ever seen - little ones running around with tea pots, cups and hats! Baby W. managed to stay awake the whole time, so I'm sure she slept good that night! And her big brother, Little C.,  was happy to assist when it was time for birthday cake. Little C. and I had so much fun that we did a mini photo shoot in the park! This family is so sweet and dear to my heart...and these kids are too cute for words :)

Tampa Family Photographer - Such a Sweet Family

I can't believe that I've known Nicole for over ten years now. I feel like we became adults together. We went to school together. We worked together at our first "real" job. I watched her fall in love and marry John. And now, I get to enjoy seeing her be a mama! I have to say that Nicole and John are two of the sweetest people I know, and seeing them as parents just melts my heart. And speaking of melting my heart, this little man, Baby L., is simply adorable, sweet and cuddly. And those eyes...yes, that's right...they'll melt your heart too. I can't tell you had glad I am that I've hung on to a friend like Nicole, and I can't wait to watch Baby L. turn into the wonderful boy that I know these two will raise!

St. Petersburg Maternity Photographer - Suzy's Having a Baby!

I remember when Suzy told me she was pregnant. She had a look in her eye that told me before she even spoke a word. And here we are, many months later and Suzy's baby boy is due any day! This momma-to-be was such a trooper for our maternity session. We started at her house, then ventured over to North Shore Park in St. Petersburg. I swear, it must have been the first hot day of what will be an amazingly scorching summer, but Suzy held strong (while I nearly passed out!). And the result? Simple beautiful shots of her, her husband and her adorable belly. Suzy's going to be a great mom - I can't wait to meet (and photograph) her bundle of joy and celebrate her becoming a momma!

Tampa Portrait Photographer - Sarah & Her Scarves!

This is Sarah. She loves scarves. I love both her and her fantastic scarves! And, as it turns out, both Sarah and her scarves are incredibly photogenic!

Sarah is a dear friend of mine, who I feel like I've known since I was a kid.  She's one of the most sincere people I've ever met. She makes me laugh so hard that I cry, and when I'm crying, she knows how to make me laugh. I'm so thankful to have a friend like her. And her scarves...well, they are just the icing on the cake.
